“What if…” Reading this Book Brings you Joy and Success?
“WHAT IF…?”
Joy was how you measured success, and the money proved you right!
It’s a wonderful, intriguing title, isn’t it?
What if a book defies your expectations? Finola Howard's book "What If?" did just that, surprising me in the most delightful way. It's like a big, warm, comforting hug urging you to be even more of who you are so that your business thrives and you find joy and financial success with ease.
What if you were considering starting a business or creating a website would this book help you? In my view, definitely. Because often, when you start out on the business and web design planning journey, you have so much uncertainty.
Will it work,
Will you enjoy it,
Will it be hard,
Might it/you fail, etc?
So many unknowns. While this book won’t guarantee success, it will certainly support you along the way as you consider all the elements of your business and website.
Not a Marketing Book?
The book surprised me because I had anticipated a purely marketing and business strategy book, which it is, too. This is an area in which Finola excels. She is pragmatic, insightful, and inspiring when working with and advising people in business. However, as she points out, the possibility of achieving business success is often thwarted without personal growth.
Finola powerfully addresses personal growth in this compelling book chock full of practical wisdom. She offers - apparently - simple, actionable suggestions that empower you to delve deep within. This enables you to access your most effective self so that you and your business can thrive.
What if you had an empowering way to start your day?
I've committed myself to one of Finola’s suggestions in the book: writing five positive "What ifs" to start my day. To my delight, this practice brings me clarity and, even more importantly, joy.
I'll explore so many more of her suggestions and ideas going forward, but one thing at a time. I want to get this habit embedded, and then I’ll move on to the next one. And besides I’m enjoying this exercise so much. 😊
My Gratitude
Thank you, Finola, for a powerful book I'll reread many times. So that then any friction dissolves, and joy and growth are my driving forces.
